Sales Development Manager

Location: Delhi

Identify potential Financial Consultants based on agreed profiles & ensure recruitment in accordance with the business plan.To achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of Financial Consultants.etc.

Preferably an MBA[regular]with min.2 yrs.experience in retails sales.Should have experience of handling a team.Aggressive with drive & high energy levels. He should be staying in Delhi for min.3-4 yrs with good contacts,able to recruit his own team.
