objective is to preserve value financial and reputational and
by minimizing the risk of litigation, maintaining compliance
with laws and ensuring that legal risks and commercial strategies
are aligned. In addition, your role will involve educating and
coaching the business on compliance issues, responsibility for
internal and external legal spend and providing responsive and
efficient support and input to corporate relations, strategy,
HR, tax, trademarks, supply, sales and marketing teams. You will
be an Indian for other common law qualified lawyer – and
dual qualification will be highly advantages with at least six
years corporate/commercial experience gained from a major law
firm of combination of law firm and another MNC. This role will
require culturally sensitive individual who has a number of years
experience in handling the challenges which are confronted in
