Developing and implementing the effective MIS for whole organization.

Divisional Accounting:
Ensuring that system is running perfectly.
Troubleshooting.
Generating the SBU wise monthly profit and loss account and preparing
the MIS for Managing director.
Generation the company’s profit and loss account and evaluate
with the planed.
Project Monitoring:
Preparing the profit and loss report for specific project.
Taking the decision based on report of project manager (Technical)
Making the cost reduction plan for project.
Committed to increase the production efficiency.
Monitoring the day-to-day activities of the project.
Purchases Accounting:
Negotiation with supplier, Terms and condition of the Contract.
Scrutinize all the bills and accounting.
Coordination with store and purchase department.

Receivable management:
Manage the accounts receivable function.
Monitor that the payments are received on time from clients.
Formulating effective debt collection mechanisms and coordinating
with collection agents for ensuring timely receipt of money from
clients & recovery of bad debts.
Making MOM & overseeing the collection planning operations.
Taking adequate measures to ensure that timely payments are received
from debtors
Branch administration:
General administration of the branch such like
- Facility management.
- Petty cash.
- Travel bills of the employees.
- Employee leaves record, Salary calculation etc.
Job Profile
Responsible for Budget exercise of whole organization, preparing
the Variance report, circulate to all the concerned with comments
and review the justification in this regard. Responsible for
implementing the MIS for whole organization, developing the MIS
for respective Division and department. Review based on MIS and
budget of and preparing the key variance report for management.
Conducting the collection review meeting with all SBU heads and
making the MOM and review the outstanding payment with continuous
follow-up with SBU head. Preparing the performance report on
weekly basis and if the variance is beyond the limit. Report
to be sent to Managing director with comments.Approving the project
costing and review with actual and discuss with project heads
about the variance and find out the reasons and preparing the
performance report.Responsible to review the internal control
system and find out the key development area and make system
successful. Monitoring the product costing system and responsible
to evaluate the right cost sheet for various product. Conducting
the budget meeting, review meeting for the managing director.
Making the performance report for each division or department.
Present the same to the board, discuss on the variance and path
to overcome. Follow-up with all CEOs/Director about their commitment
based on MOM. Making the Divisional performance report and circulate
to all the concerned on latest of every month.Managing the one
big O&M project
by commercially as well as technically. Managing a wide gamut
of functions viz. development of financial forecasts, strategic
planning and cash management activities.Committed to making the
monthly divisional profit and loss account, monthly profit and
loss account and monthly balance sheet as a company whole.

CA (Inter) from ICAI in 1997.
