Responsibilities
- Channel Management
- Channel Owner/Manager for the Zone/Region
- Working closely with the Branch Team to assist a
team of Relationship Managers/Personal Bankers to achieve
the defined Organisational Objectives
- Maximising Profitability and Market Share of all
the relevant products by focusing on Customer Retention
and deepening
- Drive Sales of all the Products through the Channel·
- Co-ordinate with the Respective Product Channel Managers
for Sales Initiatives through the Channel for the Region/Zone ·
- Act as the SPOC for the Managed Portfolio Channel
for all the Product FunctionsValue Dissemination Support
and Knowledge Sharing
- Provide the highest level of Support to the Channel
by providing value though Knowledge Sharing, Product
information, Wealth Management, Market Information
- Provide Value to the Channel by assisting through
personal Customer Meeting and displaying the best in
the class practices
- Derive insights to Competitor Sales activities and
keep the Channel Updated on the sameSkill Development
- Evaluate the Channel Skill set, identify gaps and
plan for skill development
- Identify Gap in Skills and recommend Skill Development
Needs
- Provide Local level skill development on Sales Skills,
Customer Retention, New Customer Acquisition
- Highlight Training Needs to the Central TeamMonitoring
performance
- Develop a formal monitoring mechanism to measure
the productivity of the Channel
- Monitor the Customer Files and Contact Programme
- Monitor the quality of sourcing of products to evaluate
developmental needs of the sales teams
- Drive the sales system towards quality standards
s defined by the Bank
- Continuously monitor the flow of feedback to the
Product Streams of the acceptance of the products in
the market and suggested changes that could provide
impetus to the Channel
- Monitor the depth of all relationships acquired.
Achieve the maximum “share of wallet” for
each customer acquired by the sales team.
- Check Portfolio quality for un-remunerative
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business
Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post
Graduate Program in Management in Business Studies/Administration/Management
or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Wealth Management.
- Required language(s): English.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Wealth Management
- Minimum Post Graduate from a good Institute·
- 6-8 years of Experience·
- Grade Sr. Manager – Asst. Vice President
