Responsibilities
- Required skill(s): Sales.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Up Country
Andhra Pradesh, Up Country Tamil Nadu, Up Country Karnataka & Kerala,
Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore.
- Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant
residence status.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial
Services or equivalent.
- 20 Full-Time positions available.
- JOB PURPOSE:
- Lead a result oriented team and be responsible for
achieving the Branch sales targets, ensuring high quality
service and customer relationship management. Also
ensure cost and productivity norms are met and branch
/ATM premises are kept up to the mark .Ensure compliance
with banking rules, regulations & procedures.
- REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Relationship Managers / PB Supervisor / Teller Authorizers
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Achievement of Business Targets / Overall branch
supervision
- 1. Achievement of Incremental No (both resident and
non resident )
- 2. Achievement of Incremental Value (both resident
and non resident) with fungibility
- 3. Achievement for targets on all cross sell products
(Demat , Credit Cards ,Mutual Funds , Insurance , Investment
Advisory , Assets )
- 4. Programme / Channel Management ( Manage and achieve
on parameters of Corporate salary , HNW , CCM – PB
portfolio , DBC s)
- Customer Service
- 1. Monitor all parameters of BRM – Service
Quality
- 2. Ensure service excellency to enhance existing
portfolio and control attrition
- 3. Ensure effective complaint handling and monitoring
of NextStep application
- 4. Ensure least TAT delays
- 5. Make 5 customer visits every week ( Top 20 % of
profitable customers )
- 6. Handle referrals effectively
- Ensure Operations and Risk control at branches, as
envisaged in Retail Ops Manual / New circulars by SDBP
group .
- 1. Review reports·TOD reports (CH117 , CH118
, CH318 ) ·Large transaction report (CH106)·Security
Manager Daily Activity (SM108 ) ·Sign On / Sign
Off (SM109 ) · Account closed report (CH127
) /Term Deposit Closed (TD130) · Trail Balance

- 2. Review Suspense & Dummy accounts.
- 3. Review vault register.
- 4. Conduct all fortnightly/monthly reviews as prescribed
by Retail Ops Manual
- 5. Ensure timely responses to audit
- 6. Ensure timely submission of various reports
- 7. Custodian to key of the locker which has keys
of other unalloted lockers
- 8. Issue/Processing of Bank Guarantee / Letter of
Credit
- Cost Management and staff productivity
- 1. Monitor costs / expenses so that they do not exceed
the budget .
- 2. Monitor Staff Productivity by ensuring clarity
of business objectives among staff members and periodic
reviews
- 3. Ensure weeding out happens for unprofitable customers
- 4. Ensure proper cash management with help of subordinates
- Branch and ATM Management
- 1.Ensure branch merchandising as per policy in co-ordination
with Marketing
- 2.Ensure lobby management
- 3. Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of branch and ATM
premises (both onsite and offsite ATMs )
- Others
- 1.Contribute to staff morale and plug staff turnover
- 2. Interaction with direct sales team
- 3. Support other business groups
- 4. Plan Marketing activities for better visibility
and business growth of the branch
- 5.Handle additional responsiblities / projects as
and when assigned
- 6.Opening / Closing of branch batch , if responsible
- SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
- Work under the guidance of Cluster head / Regional
Business Manager and Audit.
- ASSIGNMENT OF WORK:
- Liaison with external customers, retail marketing,
audit, IT, product development group, retail operations,
clearing, currency chest, ATM vendors, other functional
heads on case to case basis, and RBI officials.
