Responsibilities
- Increase the number of HUB branches & Spokes
to existing HUB’s
- • Coordinate Roll out – Hiring, Training,
- • Develop local Sourcing Strategy
- • Responsible for Business plans for the region
- • Windup / Replace unproductive spokes
- • Supervision of RIG RM’s and their productivity & training
- • Identify new products that are applicable
for the region that are not in the standard set, modification
of existing products
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art,
Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science in any
field.
- Required skill(s): Exp in Rural Channel.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ahmedabad-Gujarat.
- Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant
residence status.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Banking/Financial
Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
