Manager Training- (Insurance): -What they do?: Head of multiple Offices in Training. Handling large team of Trainers Responsible for Management Training of all the new joinees. Training Content Development, which suits the advisors. Managing the entire Agent training and their exam. Ensure that Development Clinics happen for inactive advisors. Up gradation of knowledge of training team at least once in a quarter by conducting training of new curriculum. Designing various MIS Formats for daily, weekly and monthly plan of trainer. Monthly and Quarterly audit of entire region to push the team to achieve their targets. Responsibility of accredtion by IRDA. Tie up with various vendors in a cost efficient method to impart training.
