building, good academic track record and good extra curricular
activities. Generating leads from respective Banks and fulfilling
the leads-strike rapport with bank staff and generate leads
and access their database. Getting referrals from bank customers.
Relationship management with bank manager/staff. Following
up on high net-worth individual-leads given by bank staff.

health of the organisation ,being assertive. Handle financial
transactions and bank reconciliation.Screening and risk assessment
of applications. Eye for detail and consistency needed. Empanelment
of Doctors-ability to interact with doctors on medical issue.
Training and supervising of outsourced staff. Min Graduate

Pref.B.Com/BA-Eco/Bsc or MBA.1-2 years work experience in
banking/non banking operations, telecom dept or processing

Manager Training- (Insurance): -What they
do?: Head of multiple Offices in Training. Handling large
team of Trainers Responsible for Management Training of all
the new joinees. Training Content Development, which suits
the advisors. Managing the entire Agent training and their
exam. Ensure that Development Clinics happen for inactive
advisors. Up gradation of knowledge of training team at least
once in a quarter by conducting training of new curriculum.
Designing various MIS Formats for daily, weekly and monthly
plan of trainer. Monthly and Quarterly audit of entire region
to push the team to achieve their targets. Responsibility
of accredtion by IRDA. Tie up with various vendors in a cost
efficient method to impart training.
