Financial Planning & Control , Accounts & MIS Ptrofile:

  • Financial Planning & Control: Managing finance functions involving designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control towards the accomplishment of organisational goals. Formulating need-based business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realise organisational goals. Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions. Coordinating with external and internal bodies for the smooth movement of business.

    Accounts & MIS: Administering the maintenance of books of accounts, inclusive of P &L account, balance sheet and trial balance with the finalization of year end accounts. Facilitating smooth implementation of systems for improving functional efficiency and generating cost savings. Supervising preparation of MIS reports to assess financial performance, viz, fund management, cost control, credit control, profitability. Involved in preparing payroll accounts & Import & Export LC Documentations.

    Taxation & Auditing: Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of Direct & Indirect Tax via excise, service tax and sales tax returns including TDS returns in compliance with statutory tax laws. Gained exposure in branch transfer and distribution of goods in compliance of state specific sales tax laws. Conducting audits for evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.

    Fund Management: Liaising & negotiating with banks & financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities at favourable terms to meet working capital requirements. Monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.

    Commercial Operations: Managing the overall procurement of raw material, finished goods, and packing materials and other project requirements by devising various sourcing strategies. Conducted commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers for major contracts.

    • Analyze information in insurance applications.
    • Seek competitive premium quotes.
    • Decide if a new policy can be issued and inform the insurance representative of their decision.
    • Developing and implementing policies & procedures such as best practices, claims handling, service standards, Quality control.
