Branch Manager General Insurance Profile:
Portfolio
Management & Claims Processing
- Handle operations for Insurance, monitor the client’s
portfolio performance.
- Provide advisory services regarding the processes, procedures
and strategies for Insurance claims.
- Informing the clients if claims are accepted, organizing
payments to clients.
- Record payments made / received and extend services in
case of disputes and attending disputes in Ombudsman, Tribunals.
Key Account Management
- Interface with key influencers among Corporate for ascertaining
requirements, making presentations and delivering need based
product solutions.
- Ensure speedy resolution of queries & grievances to
maximize clients satisfaction level.
- Maintain excellent relations with clients to generate avenues
for further business.
Client Relation Management
- Ensure continuous interaction with the customer to make
sure that areas of corners can be worked upon for improved
service levels.
- Provide customer service in order to increase client satisfaction,
program growth and new product introductions.
- Monitor client relationship and program performance to
meet and exceed client goals.
Team Management
- Manage the gamut of tasks including manpower planning,
recruitment, induction and training in-house Sales Teams.
- Create an environment that sustains and encourage high
performance; motivate teams in optimizing their contribution
levels.
Underwriting
- Analyze information in insurance applications.
- Seek competitive premium quotes.
- Decide if a new policy can be issued and inform the insurance
representative of their decision.
- Developing and implementing policies & procedures such
as best practices, claims handling, service standards, Quality
control.
