Branch Manager General Insurance Profile:

Portfolio Management & Claims Processing

    1. Handle operations for Insurance, monitor the client’s portfolio performance.
    2. Provide advisory services regarding the processes, procedures and strategies for Insurance claims.
    3. Informing the clients if claims are accepted, organizing payments to clients.
    4. Record payments made / received and extend services in case of disputes and attending disputes in Ombudsman, Tribunals.

Key Account Management

    1. Interface with key influencers among Corporate for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product solutions.
    2. Ensure speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize clients satisfaction level.
    3. Maintain excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business.

Client Relation Management

    1. Ensure continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that areas of corners can be worked upon for improved service levels.
    2. Provide customer service in order to increase client satisfaction, program growth and new product introductions.
    3. Monitor client relationship and program performance to meet and exceed client goals.

Team Management

    1. Manage the gamut of tasks including manpower planning, recruitment, induction and training in-house Sales Teams.
    2. Create an environment that sustains and encourage high performance; motivate teams in optimizing their contribution levels.

    Underwriting

  • Analyze information in insurance applications.
  • Seek competitive premium quotes.
  • Decide if a new policy can be issued and inform the insurance representative of their decision.
  • Developing and implementing policies & procedures such as best practices, claims handling, service standards, Quality control.
