Statutory Compliance
- Reviewing the statutory & operational checklist,
reporting it to the risk team & devising corrective
action in cases of any lapse.
Finance & Accounts
- Presenting a true & fair view of the financial
position of the company by preparing financial statements
viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and annual reports.
- Compiling & analysing MIS on expense sheets & analysis
of profitability position.
- Conceptualizing, implementing and supervising general
ledger and financial reporting processes and on time
compliance of accounting standards.
- Making monthly reconciliation with the customer & supplier & settlement & handling
the daily bank transactions.
- Reconciliation of Depository Accounts and Brokers
Account of the Company and Clients.
Documentation/ MIS/ Taxation
- Filing returns for R.O.C, Income Tax, RBI, Service
Tax, P.F etc.
- Preparing monthly MIS report for profitability, sales
analysis & analysis of fixed & Variable expense
report.
- Dealing with R.O.C, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Company
Law Board etc., shareholders & financial institutions.
- Making documents for all transaction for ready reference & audit
trial & undertaking weekly reviews.
Secretarial Operations
- Conducting Meetings of Board of Directors, Executive
Committees and shareholders.
- Preparing Minutes of Board Meeting and Meeting of
Shareholders.
- Preparing & filing necessary documents, forms & returns
and maintaining registers as required under the Companies
Act & other statutory acts
- Handling all secretarial matters, resolving ROC & RBI
matters, coordinating with auditors & bankers.
- Liaising with SEBI, RBI, ROC / Govt. Agencies & handling
investor services.
- Ensuring compliance of listing requirements of stock
exchanges in India.
- Managing Payment of Dividend and Reconciliation of
the same.
- Facilitating Co-ordination between the Board of Directors
and the Management of the Company.
