Currently designated as Deputy Manager-Retail. Adherence to KYC/AML norms as stipulated by RBI.
Monitoring and ensuring that the TATs are adhered to as stipulated by the bank.
Timely opening and activation of the accounts through liasing with the CPU.
To ensure timely processing of instructions given by the clients towards the operation and maintenance of their accounts.
Responsible for the processing of all the transactions related to foreign exchange like FCY cheque collection, TTs, and issuance of FCY DDs and Travellers’ cheques.
Ensuring adequate availability of cash at the branch ATM, balancing ATM as per customer and ATM GL A/c’s, liasing with Charge Back team of Visa & MasterCard for debit / credit card related disputes, handling changes & upgrades.
Coordinating with Service Providers to optimise working of ATMs.
Focussed towards Zero Defect and No Pendency, self mandated norms with a focus towards Client Relationship Management.
To ensure fast settlement of the death-claims (with and without nomination)
Responsible for audit compliance of the branch. 
Responsible for all the correspondence of the bank with respect to Govt. Departments and other banks.
Responsible for all the admin related issues of the branch like housekeeping, maintenance and service of various equipments, etc.
Interfacing with clients to acquaint them with products like savings/current accounts, savings bonds, securities as well as assist in opening/closing of accounts.
Responsible for controlling the account closures.

Client Servicing

Facilitating customer oriented operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Attending to clients (individuals/corporate clients) concerns & complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
Statutory Compliance Taking adequate measures to ensure conformance to guidelines prescribed by RBI and other regulatory authorities.
Adhering to pre-set processes to ensure smooth flow of day-to-day operations.
